From boxes of recycled materials, and an actual box, this new student made a sculpture of a teacher and her desk. My favorite part is the brain-shaped stress ball inside the cd case head. One of the hardest things to do as a makerspace teacher is get out of the student's way. This project took about three visits and a couple of glue sticks. But she was so proud she dragged her parents into the library to show off her efforts. Priceless!
