Spring inspired me to share food ideas with the kids. The Spruce and Food Revolution had great ideas for using kitchen scraps to grow more food. I have garlic, scallions, and celery growing alongside the tomato and pepper plants I potted. Here is a simple dandelion tea recipe as well, but avoid lawns that poison weeds. WARNING: sites have advertising.
