Dangling Spinner

I lost the photo I had of a finished product, but there is an excellent one with the directions I found at https://www.duckbrand.com/craft-decor/hanging-heart-decor Kids had access to old folders and a rat's nest of wires to play with structure. Of course the patterened duct tape was the big excitement. This project was quick and all ages loved it.
