Many students started projects, but this young lady is persistence personified. Common problems with this project include cutting the tape and trying to patch it together. This breaks the circuit. Creating a switch so the battery doesn't have to be installed and removed frequently is also very tricky. I started by sharing templates from our Halloween badges, but Makerspaces.com has many resources related to paper circuits. I've experimented with aluminum tape as well, since it is easier to find locally. I would only opt for that if you want students to practice before doing a final draft in copper.
