Making Bubbles

This was a mixed 7th and 8th grade group. Honestly I forgot the wire hangers I'd planned to bring for making our own bubble wands. Fortunately, I had a box of PVC pipe from making marshmallow guns. I also brought a box of large paperclips. Some students tried making the most bubbles on one dip into the bubble stuff. Others constructed jointed wands with unusual bubble-making potential. Still others took breaks and tried making sound instead of bubbles. (The classrooms around this courtyard may have been disturbed.)
