Finding people willing to share their toys helps students play with motion and structures. In this picture you see students working with my own boys' Matchbox cars and track. The fancy toy elements were too noisy and complicated to set up and break down in a normal class time. Most popular was the track, the finish line to the left, and the powered accelerator. If you borrow, make sure the really important pieces stay home. I had several requests to keep cars.
